Dangling Wing

This is the worst customer service i have ever received for online shopping if there were no stars that is what i would give zero stars i had no help at all when i ordered it automatically placed an old address and other form of payment and they supposedly sent it to the old address said it had already been delivered i was there when the new resident received her mail and when the app said it had been delivered and there was nothing delivered not the the correct address nor to the old address they sure were quick to take my 28$ dollars from my card whoch i hadn’t applied nor approved and even as i sent over 5 emails to fix this issue i had no help or customer service just a reply email stating there was nothing they could do So no money back no charms and the worst thing is no actual delivery even to the wrong address I will never shop from this company again 😡
