Had the most trouble attaching this charm, not sure why; the 'e' kept falling off. I was able to easily put it back on. Otherwise, really cute little 'e', & is a good size for a dangle

Really low quality product. They look low quality and it smells like house keys, even though it's supposed to be stainless steel. They don't even give you the tool to make it easy for you to build the charm bracelet. This product looks nice, shiny, and cute in their marketing but really cheap looking in person. Do not purchase.
