Left side speaker came damaged- customer service has been giving me the run around- making me Send videos and pictures. Not happy with not having my new surround sound. Still waiting for a resolution.

One of the speakers came broken, customer service is making me jump through hoops to get a replacement. Probably never buying anything from Edifier ever again. You spend $600 and get the runaround from customer service. Not happy at all.

I am absolutely amazed at the sound quality of these speakers! I love the punchy bass and crisp highs. I love the HDMI eARC connection. This has replaced my A/V receiver setup. I am very very satisfied with the M90 speakers.
