No URP support

Going to have to give this a 3 star for now, I will update this when they fix the asset pack. Most Synty asset packs have a "URP Extract Me" package that fixes all of the materials and shaders for their asset packs. This one does not have that, so it is unusable in a URP build. I was able to convert almost everything by hand with the exception of "FX_Smoke_Material" still shows up purple/broken after converting.
