Assets Are A+, But OOBE Doesn't Match Promo Shots...Not Even Close!
The assets are absolutely top-notch and work very well together in modular environments...at least, mostly. It's clear that these packs were made with Unity at the forefront, but some of the Unreal assets do not match the look of their Unity counterparts, at all. Not even close. Biggest example I could find so far are the crystals. They are not translucent, just solid glowing objects, like crystal-shaped LED lamps. Also, the Out-of-the-Box Experience (OOBE) takes a lot of setting up to get working. It will NOT look how it looks in the promo shots, at all...again, not even close. It will take a significant amount of post-process and lighting work to try and match their promos, as they don't include any of those settings, not even the same lighting setups. And for that, if you are a casual user of Unity, expect to watch a TON of tutorials or enlist other pros to assist you. If you use Unreal Engine, the OOBE is a bit better, as Unreal's post-process looks pretty good at default settings. However, like I mentioned above, some assets do not look like their Unity counterparts, like the crystals. Those look terrible. My biggest issue is that this disparity between the promo and the OOBE is not made clear before purchase, and that definitely stifled my positive experience with the Synty lineup of assets. Luckily, I have some experience in Unreal Engine and work in the VFX industry, so I can get the Unreal version to get close to the promos, minus some of the different looking UE version of the assets.

Great Asset, does not work fully with URP in Unity 6.
Great asset. These Biomes have been on my wish list for a while. Did get 'is self-intersecting and has been discarded' warnings. I used unity-polygon-store-importer-08232023 to import all of the Season One and Two Biomes at once This would have been 5 Stars if upgrading to URP the Post Processing profiles where changed to URP Volume Profile so I did not have to install Post Processing V2 into the project. Note that the Bloom effect is missing the Dirtiness Texture guessing it is because the GUI ID for the default lens dirt texture is referencing is different depending on the Post Processing version you are using (A Post Processing problem). In Unity 6 after Updating to URP the scene Loaded but some of the materials that were using Synty Shaders did not display, see my POLYGON - Tropical Jungle - Nature Biome review for more details, as I did not trouble shoot this one in Unity 6 after trouble shooting the Tropical Jungle by itself, I am assuming it is the same exact issue. Hopefully this will be updated to use Unity 6 once it is out of Preview. Because of the Rendering Performance alone, not to mention some of the other Unity 6 only features.

Absolutely Spellbinding
The POLYGON Enchanted Forest transitions easily with POLYGON Elven Realm and POLYGON Dungeon Pack in regard to Color Theory and having the Enchanted Forest come alive to enhance the drama in the Dungeon Pack or Elven Realm. I don't think any of the characters in the Elven Realm or Dungeon Pack would appear to be out of place if they happened to venture out into the Enchanted Forest to capture intruders... So many possibilities.
