Florentine Micro Satchel

Beautiful bag; perfect color and wonderful leather! Perfect for every day or evening. Very roomy inside, as well. Love this bag!

Very disappointed, I ordered a purse and wallet for my wife's birthday. The wallet was in a separate box and arrived in perfect condition. The purse arrived wrapped in plastic but was able to bounce around inside the box. It had all kinds of marks, scuffs and some dark brown makrs on the edge/seam. It looks like it has been used. None of my wifes purses to include several other Dooney & Bourke purses that she had for 2-3 look as bad as the new one that just arrived. Now she does not even want to use it. I have pictures of the purse but don't know what to do next.

It was very pretty and amazing quality but i order the wrong one and had to send it back
