Tasteless

I mixed a pack of the pollen in my cooked spinach. I did not taste any flavor of the pollen. However, I could feel the grainy texture on my tongue. Perhaps the flavor of spinach over powdered the pollen flavor. I rated a five because the local pollen will help prevent allergies.
