I loved this pasta. I wanted to make lasagna soup. Most recipes call for breaking lasagna noodles in pieces but mine were still pretty large and difficult to keep on a spoon. These Anna mafaldine noodles are perfect. I still broke them and they were a lot easier to eat in the soup. And my soup looked so pretty & it looked & tasted liked lasagna only easier! I hate that grocery stores in my area dont carry them but i will definitly be ordering these again. Thanks, Cento for an awesome product!
