Rubber Fountain Plugs

Not a good experience

The item took 5 weeks to arrive. It had to be cut to accommodate the cord; not an easy task. I paid $7.99 for the cork. (Not $3.99 as shown in this email.) shipping added an additional $20.00. This week I received an invoice from UPS for an additional $6.75. As a previous employee of Nicholson Hardie, one of your wholesale accounts in Dallas, I understand the effort that it takes to ship a small replacement part but the charges I paid seem extraordinarily high. I am happy to have my fountain working again but the purchase experience was dismal! Mary Ann Day

Plug solved the leak in our fountain. I didn’t realize that shipping through UPS would be billed separately to me by UPS.

Size #7 rubber stopper

It took a while to get these from Canada but I couldn't be happier. They are EXACTLY the size needed. My tabletop fountain is a wonderful stopover for the many birdies in my backyard. My old stopper wasn't working properly and I had not found a local supplier for a replacement stopper. I used plumber's putty on a roll to install the new stopper and everything is working perfectly. Thank you so much! P.S. There was no slit so I had to cut one.
