Organic Italian Diced Tomatoes

Trust is a little word with a big meaning. I have bought many organic/inorganic diced tomatoes over the years that have not held up quality-wise. Now, I strictly buy organic, and Jovial is my preference. They are organic, grown on small farms, delicious, and packed in glass, I trust the quality, the name….and the company’s consistency to provide a quality product. Thank you.

Appreciate the fact that these glass jars of organic tomatoes have no added citric acid, salt or sweeteners. I'll continue to purchase.

A lotta borlotti (doesn't quite rhyme but hey!)

I make a tomato sauce with these tomatoes, adding a little tamari with the finely chopped sautéed onions and garlic. Add some of the Jovial Borlotti beans and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over basmati rice with wilted spinach greens - so comforting and not too filling! (a little anchovy essence also helps bring out that umami flavor - but make sure its a good quality one).
