Italian Charm Bracelet

BUY THE TOOL! I had these before and don’t remember it being so hard.. but i was also in like 4th grade lol

In addition to the package arriving a month and a half late, it was opened and most of the content was missing. None of the charms were in the package - only two bracelets were left. I acknowledge that it can't all be the companies fault, but according to the shipping information, it took 2 weeks being sent from the company. I will never buy from this company again and my local carrier will receive a complaint from me.

Too small. Pinches my skin. Poor quality. I now have 20 charms with nothing to do with them.
