Emperor's Matcha - 2 pack

Inexpensive, but better used as a culinary matcha. This tea is, probably, a good choice for beginners who are learning the tchniques of preparing matcha and, for that reason, it's fine. The flavor is profoundly vegetal with a grainy texture and some bitter and astringent overtones. I did use some in cupcakes with matcha frosting and they were enjoyable and it may be okay in flavored lattes. I would recommend, though, saving your money and putting it toward a highe geade matcha.

This matcha is delicious. I am very picky about my matcha, and this is some of the best I have ever bought. Not only that, but the price is right. They do a great job here.
