Carry Smart Set

I was shocked to see how many customers like me- could not get the case to open. Specifically the area for the laptops. Shocking too was how many YOUTUBE videos were created to help with unlocking. My laptop is stuck in a locked compartment. I’m waiting to get assistance from NOBL. They are not to empathetic. Asked for videos and said I need to ship back the suitcase at MY expense. To add insult to injury- my laptop is STUCK in the suitcase! The saga continues.

No keys to suitcase, there is literally no room in the suitcase, and the charger doesn’t work!!!

It took two months to get to me. I had hoped to have it in time to travel with it. I ordered a second one for my husband, different color and his came right away. Apparently it was in the warehouse. I do appreciate the notes I got that let me know. It was on the way, although I had to Email someone a couple of times to find out why I wasn’t getting it or where it was. The suitcase itself is fine.
