Shanghai Nights - Soy & Scallion

Amazing!

I have been using the original YumYum seasoning for quite a while but I thought I’d try the new Shanghai Nights seasoning. I wasn’t quite sure about it when I first received it but this was just with a quick sprinkling in my hand. Today I used it in my stir fry sauce because it needed a boost. Wow! It really elevated the sauce and gave the sauce a nice warmth and depth of flavour. I absolutely love it, you have me hooked. Thank you.

A must have in your pantry

I’ve been adding this to most dishes from eggs to stir-fries to fried rice. It enhances the flavours.
