Bad center crease.

This is my second carpet from RUGS USA. They fold the carpets and put them in a tight box rather than roll them for delivery. They include a piece of paper that explains the “benefits” for this but it’s truly only bc it’s a cheaper way for them to have the product delivered. I was pleased with my first one which was a larger washable carpet (folds are slowly coming out) but the runner I received had severe folds that looks horrible, almost damaged looking. The washable carpets are soft and nice looking but the company truly needs to rethink their shipping method. I’ll be returning my runner.

This rug is perfect

It is beautiful in my bedroom. Low profile, high quality. I’m very pleased.
