Great Pool Cleaner with Excellent Stair Cleaning Capability

I previously owned an Aiper, but the main reason I replaced it with the Beatbot Sora 70 is its ability to clean shallow areas, including the stairs. The Aiper was unable to clean the stairs, which was a major drawback for me. The only improvements I would like to see are a docking charging station and enhanced waterline cleaning. I wish the robot would climb a little higher to clean the tile trim, as it currently stops right at the waterline. Other than those minor issues, I absolutely love this machine. It does an excellent job cleaning the pool, and the stair-cleaning feature alone made it well worth the upgrade.

Love my Beatbot Sora 70

I have had my unit for approximately one month and love it. Set in the pool and let it go and it tells me when it's done. Cleans all surfaces of my pool including the sun shelf and parks when done. I stand mine upright in the corner to charge and my only suggestion would be to have a handle on the side of the charging port. The handle is opposite so when standing up you can't just grab it and place in the pool. Minor inconvenience for the time it saves me vacuuming the pool!!

Excellent Pool Cleaner with Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased the Beatbot Sora 70 Robotic Pool Cleaner on May 11, 2026, and I have been very pleased with its overall performance. The cleaner does an excellent job keeping my pool clean, is easy to operate, and has saved me a significant amount of time on pool maintenance. The only issue I experienced was that some very small debris appeared to be escaping from the top of the cleaner while it was cleaning the pool floor. I contacted Beatbot's customer service to let them know about the problem, and I was impressed by their response. Their support team was professional, responsive, and quickly offered to send me an Ultra Filter Basket at no charge to help address the issue. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and take customer concerns seriously. While no product is perfect, Beatbot's excellent customer service and willingness to provide a solution have made my experience a very positive one. Based on both the cleaner's performance and the outstanding support I received, I would recommend the Beatbot Sora 70 to other pool owners.
