I'm not sure what you guys are doing, but you should go back to the original. This batch of toilet paper is not the same. Not only is the packing different, which i paid no mind to because people change packages all the time. But the feel of the toilet paper is wrong. It's not soft, and the pattern in your toilwt paper has been consistent since i started my subscription. Now it's different, the toilet paper feels 🤔cheap, made with plastic or something. It doesn't feel the same. I compared it to the other ones that i have amd its definitely different. More harsh, not soft at all, looks bleached out. The pattern doesn't have the flower pattern. You guys should go back to your original, or there is no point in me continuing my subscription. I can just use non bamboo toilet paper. That's what the new stuff feels like. The cheap hotel toilet paper.

I am happy to support black businesses across the board. I wish you had more products to choose from. A grocery store in my neighborhood would be a God-send, where I could get all of my black-owned quality products at one time.

The best toilet rolls I ever used. Its just perfect. Not too thin, and not too thick. I had placed an order from tik tok a long time ago, but the strangest thing happened. I got a message that my package was out for delivery, and then another message saying order cancelled. They refunded my money though. Please look into that, it might be a sabotage. But I will definitely reorder.
