Woven Ring Sling | Aquaterra

I understand it’s a learning curve to learn the ring sling, and once you get the hang of it you love it (and it’s the easiest baby wearing item out there). Unfortunately the learning curve is not for me at this time. Customer service helped me replace it for something that would work better. Thank you!

First, I discovered a large loop of loose threads in the fabric. I’m concerned about the structural integrity and am unsure how to safely hide or fix this without damaging the carrier. Regarding the fit, the website does not list specific measurements of the length for the different sizes. I purchased based on the size guide (size 1, I’m usually a small/size 2) but the short edge of the taper feels much shorter than the product images suggest. Because of this, the tail frequently reaches the rings while I'm adjusting, making it difficult to get a secure fit. Lastly, the safety tag is very massive and constantly interferes with the rings and fabric. It isn’t clear if it is stitched on separately, so I am hesitant to remove it for fear of unraveling the main structural seams. I would appreciate some guidance on the loose threads and more transparent length specifications on your site to help future customers.
