I recently purchased two e-bikes from Aipas, and although I haven’t received them yet, my experience so far has been exceptional! Their customer service has been friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive throughout the purchasing process. Their website is also informative, well-organized, and very easy to navigate, which made comparing options and placing my order simple and stress-free. Based on the outstanding service I’ve received already, I feel confident about my purchase and am excited for our e-bikes to arrive. So far, so good.

Prices well. Quick delivery & great packaging. Assembly not that difficult & instructions fairly simple to read. There were a couple screw threads (rear fender) that were slightly damaged but were able to repair. So far, the bikes seem to doing well and meet our expectations. Very enjoyable. Hopefully, the temperatures drops below 100 degrees soon and we can really enjoy them. Thank you

I love the style and size/power. But the “gray” is way more periwinkle than gray. I got my wife the Pink and me the “gray” wish i had gone with another color because this is certainly not gray.
