Everything I expected and More

So far so good. We are only 2 weeks in. Unboxing I had a concern with the rear brake handle, but reached out to support via FB messenger and got a response within 24 hours with YouTube videos on things to troubleshoot. (Which worked). It’s only been 2 weeks, and we have only ridden the bikes for about 10 miles, but so far we have enjoyed them. The bike seats are miserable, so that was the first upgrade. I’m 5’4 and have my seat in the lowest possible position and tippy toe the ground when sitting on the seat, but it’s completely manageable. My husband is 6’4 and it seems the bike was made for him! Perhaps I’ll do another review in a few months after we get some true miles and experience with the bikes.

Good value e-bike that is solidly built with many premium features

Purchased the M1 Max combo bike deal. Ordering, shipping and delivery was great. Assembled both by myself, did run into issues with brake adjustments to prevent rubbing against the rotors and to realign a rubber paddle handle. This slowed me down considerably but general adjustment videos on YT provided solutions for both issues. E-bike ride is incredibly smooth to ride, about as fast as you ever want to go with pedal assist, and good stopping power with hydraulic brakes. E-bike is solidly build, and just a few paint related scratches / blemishes during shipping but no deal breakers. Overall very satisfied with purchase. Have yet to put a great deal of miles on either e-bike so can’t comment on range / battery life. Early in ownership life, but so far five - stars.

Only had it for a week but we are loving them! After all the researching on other brands I am glad I went with the Aipas.
