Problems with Replacement Parts
I have used Larq bottles for years and have both generations of their products. I have also gifted their products and recommended to many…a loyal customer. A piece from the PureVis 2 cap broke. Since it was after the warranty period I was provided a discount code. My original straw and adapter did not work in the new cap. Larq sent me replacements, and they also do not work due to air escaping from the lid. I have contacted customer service via email several times sending photos and videos. They will not discuss this over the phone so I am trapped in these email back and forth without a resolution. I am sorry another company that was originally great be diminished by lower product quality and customer service woes. Fingers crossed they make me whole, but the weeks are passing.
