These puttys are really great. The range of strength levels is very interesting and good for different muscle strengths. For a younger child I focus on the less strength ones as thr firm ones can be a bit hard evem after the 2 minute suggested play period.

Physical Hand Therapy

I had an ulnar nerve release in my right arm and hand. I am using the putty in various exercises my PT has recommended for strengthening muscles in my hand and fingers. It has been very effective.
