If I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service amd experience as they sent the wrong items. Description does not match the items I received. Ive been asking for support with the refund process and they respond but are deflective and give you the run around. Very disappointing knowing that they take advantage of families and children with special needs and who need special tools and respurces to help strenghten skills. My recommendation, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY.
