The food is thawed it cant be eaten but it was sent on days we were getting 100 degree weather. They contacted me when i emailed them with the video they tried again but still 100 degree weather came thawed so they refunded me the money and still they went the extra mile they waited for the heat wave was over and sent a few meats as a test for free and bam came frozen this time and the meat was tasty they went 200% out of the way to make it right and for that i will buy from them again because they care about there customer and there name. There customer service is the best i ever dealt with i will buy from them again.
