Protective Case

I appreciate this is to review the product but this may be my only chance to get someone from BrewBit to read their emails. Initially my order was lost and then when it finally arrived it had clearly been opened and manhandled. I've emailed 4-5 times, posted these photos on FB and no response. If you live in the UK, don't order because EVRI is the local delivery company and they are notorious for losing/stealing/damaging products.

Being a caravan traveler, meaning items in the van can get bumped around a bit during transit, I really appreciate this case for being sturdy, neat, and able to accommodate extras. The Device fits in its spot snugly and there’s a compartment for recharging cord, doser and tamper, plus a zip section in the lid for the stand. Worthy investment for me.

I have only used it at home so far. We will be travelling in the next couple of months. But love it so far. Easy to use and nice and hot .
