Coffee and a muffin
I’ve been enjoying Flax for Life muffins for many years. That’s how I start the day every morning. I love the blueberry and carrot raisin particularly. I have celiac and must adhere to a gluten free diet and was thrilled to find a healthy option like Flax for Life products. Love these muffins
Wonderful. I’ve been eating a half of a Flax 4 Life carrot raison muffin for more that ten years. I have it every morning toasted with almond butter and I wouldn’t change a thing. I buy them by the case and have started getting two cases at a time. One case of carrot raison and the other case is pumpkin chocolate. I rotate them and both are delicious.
