Really love this ever month - it’s a nice feature and I enjoy seeing what cones in the mail. Also what’s nice is if you miss a month or so, you can find the kit and buy it off the website. Love this!!!

My nephews LOVE Brick City and LOVE receiving the monthly deliveries, but the company itself and their billing and shipping logistics are impossible and always mess up. First there’s no way to TALK to anyone for assistance. Your only recourse is to email and hope they actually respond to you. Billing messes up every month and now I’ve been double-billed for several months of deliveries. Now there’s a new shipping partner apparently, and they shipped one package to my billing address instead of my nephew’s shipping address (even though the initial email had all details correct). I would cancel entirely if the boys didn’t love it so much.

Disappointed in Customer Service

I reached out when the switch to the mini city was made and was told that existing members would not receive duplicates and there would be a plan in place. My second delivery I received a duplicate and was told via Instagram DM that I could email and swap it out. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the last I heard back via Instagram was two weeks ago. The sets are great but I don't want multiples of everything and the customer service is pushing me to cancel my subscription which I've had for almost two years. Definitely bummed.
