Great customer service

The Roka team were really helpful, i contacted them about my purchase and appeared the first item was lost in transit. They immediately sent another item so it could arrive before the competition i purchased it for. The skin itself fits really well, my only negative feedback would be the zipper has no cord to be able to pull up or get off on your own. Requires assistance from a second person and this might be an issue in T1 transition.

Love it.
