Product is defective doesn’t work. I emailed the company and they emailed me back 24 hours later with a link to the manual which the manual came with the device. I replied back that I read the manual before even trying to use it and then I had planned to do a review on the product. It’s been another 24 hours and I still haven’t heard back from them.
