When I visited NYC from Japan, I ordered online and had the items delivered due to time constraints! I'm very grateful for the extremely polite and prompt service! I gave my sons two bags, one gray and one black, as gifts! The bags have reflective threads woven into them, and the gray one is the same color as the reflective threads, so it looks plain normally but glows in the dark, which is a wonderful and interesting effect! The black one, even in bright light, has a lovely design with gray reflective threads that catches the eye, and both my sons were very happy with it! I ended up ordering two bags on short notice, but the representative was incredibly kind and helpful, and I'm so grateful! If I ever go to NYC again, I would definitely like to purchase from them again! It was a wonderful shop and the representative was fantastic! Thank you very much♪

My granddaughter and grandson loved the hats, as did their older sister and all other family members who were present. Great gifts and very good service.
