The Double Scoop eReader Belt Bag

I was genuinely excited to receive my bag. Unfortunately, my experience with Hello Clio was extremely disappointing. When my package arrived in Canada, I was charged CAD $54.84 in import fees that were never disclosed during checkout. On a purchase of approximately CAD $110, this was a significant and unexpected additional cost. Because of these surprise charges, I had no choice but to refuse the package. What disappointed me even more was the customer service afterward. I reached out multiple times to ask for assistance, clarification, or a possible solution. While I did receive a couple of responses, they appeared to be automated and did not address my concerns or provide any meaningful follow-up. I was left without answers and without any real support. After refusing the package due to the unexpected import charges, I have been left with no product, no refund, and no clear information about what happens next. It has now been several weeks.

I love both the asthetic and functionality of this bag. It has a great amount of pockets and sections to keep my things organized. I have never felt like I needed a huge purse- this is the perfect amount of space for me. And, I’m so happy that it makes carrying my kindle everywhere so easy.

I like the double scoop, but my kindles fit nicely in the regular bag. This one has more room though, so my whole wallet fits.
