High-quality hoodie and so cute! My family has loved everything we’ve bought from Malibu Skyye.

I purchased this item from Canada, and I was extremely disappointed upon receiving it. The hoodie was packed in nothing but a thin plastic bag, which arrived torn, leaving the clothing exposed. The delivery person simply threw the package at my doorstep. This is completely unacceptable for an international shipment. How can you ship a brand-new item overseas with such poor packaging? It shows a total lack of care and professionalism. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and expect a proper explanation and resolution.
