Turkey Fennel Sausage

Delicious

This sausage is really delicious, although we are normally pork sausage people. The only downfall is that there is occasionally a piece of gristle in the sausage.

New favorite

We switched to poultry sausage years ago and never looked back. Finger Lakes Cider House turkey fennel sausage is the best. The seasoning is just right, not over-powering. The rich, juicy turkey flavor comes through and the texture is meaty and satisfying. We've grilled, roasted and pan-fried the links and also removed the casing to use in our version of Bolognese sauce; yum!
