Bossci Melt

First, I want to say that I genuinely love this company and what it represents. I truly enjoy supporting Black-owned businesses, which is why this experience was disappointing for me. My most recent order was expected to arrive on the 10th, but I didn’t receive it until July 25th. During that time, I reached out multiple times through Instagram but never received a response. My messages weren’t even opened, and I also didn’t receive any email updates or even a simple apology acknowledging the delay. I even left a comment asking for help with my order, and instead of receiving assistance, my comment was reported. I appealed the decision, and thankfully it was restored, but that added to an already frustrating experience. This wasn’t my first time ordering. I’ve purchased from this company twice before, and everything—from communication to delivery—was excellent. That’s why this situation caught me off guard and honestly left me a little disappointed. I’ll continue to support. 🫶🏽

So far so good and ill he ordering more. They do exactky what Bossci Glam said they would do. Getting back to me, the chick with the “outcold” shape.

Its a miracle how this stuff works, im not done yet with 30 day supply but i already feel lighter, mood all in tact . Definitely buying again and recommend to others
