Limited Edition 25 Years of éS Menikmati x Storied 'Sleeve' Deck

Hate to be this guy… but I’ve hit their customer service email addresses a couple times, all their social media accounts, and thoroughly searched for any other form of contact to get in touch with someone at this brand. All to end up with unread, ghosted messages regarding an issue I had the day a deck I bought from them was delivered. My inquiry was very straightforward, full of details, pictures, polite, and open-ended for them to work something out with me (as a paying customer), or at the very least reply to my questions. These messages were sent on March 2nd. It is now April 8th, after multiple follow-ups, and I still have yet to hear anything back from them. Pretty bummed because I keep seeing their ads for new products that are sick and I’d love to purchase but I can’t bring myself to buy them because of the ghosting. So, buyer beware I guess. All products are going to be 100% final since they won’t reply to anything you hit them up over. 😔
