Peek a boo Talking Teddy Bear

HORRIBLE products and the company does not refund when appropriate. Items ship in a thin bag, no packing materials. Mine came with crab box completely smashed and stuffed animals just stuffed inside the same bag. The bear has 1/2” of hard side (scratchy) velcro sticking out between each piece of material because they didnt make it right. Baby just wants to tear off the velcros and he puts everything in his mouth. I didnt let him play with it to avoid all the mouth scratches it would result in. The company kept asking for more videos to prove the need for return. Their items are VERY poor quality, overpriced and they back/forth email for videos and avoid returns.

I would like to return it !! It does not work.
