This is a suitable wooden cheesebox canteen. I varnished it and it holds water quite well. The wood cork is superior as real cork rots, so this is a plus. The shipping was reasonable in time and amount.

Was excited to get this canteen. Got it and immediately noticed leaks. I was able to get it to not leak, but build left much to be desired. Not put together very well and very rough around the edges.
