Was very pretty but came in the wrong color I ordered rose gold and was sent a gold one instead

Purchased two necklaces on separate occasions, both were delivered in good time. Items were packaged beautifully and looked just as described. Excellent value for money compared to another purchase made from a different company which was was much more expensive - wish I had found Bella Olivia first.
