I LOVE this dress. I always wanted to purchase one but always hesitated because I wasn’t sure if this style would work for my body. But you guys had a sale so I decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did! This dress fits wonderfully, looks beautiful, and is so soft and comfortable. If anyone is on the fence, I recommend going for it! I believe you will be so happy you did. Pros- pattern & colors are as pictured. Fabric is a light to midweight cotton that will need ironed. Cons- customer service/ return process. Sadly, this dress did not fit me across the bust, I misread the size chart. I delayed the return by 1 week, thinking I could make the dress work but couldn't. The policy requires returns to arrive back to them, via USPS, within 14 days of the item being delivered to you as the customer, which essentially means you need to ship it back the same day it arrives or next day if you want to ensure USPS delivers it without paying exorbitant fees. Needless to say, it would have cost me over half the cost of the item to get it shipped back in time & pay their restocking fee by the time I discovered all of these requirements. Not worth it & when I shared that with the customer service via email, they never replied. Clearly, they do not care that this experience has lost them a customer and my recommendation.
