I purchased the hair in December 2025 and recently had the bundles installed at the beginning of May. Before installation, I washed the hair and noticed some residue coming off, but after air drying, the bundles seemed fine. After the install, the hair looked good, but it did not hold curls well. Within the first week or two, I noticed a lot of shedding and the hair started tangling, although it still looked very full. I washed the hair a second time, but the tangling continued. Overall, the hair is full and looks nice initially, but in my experience it’s only great for about 2 weeks at most. I’ll be taking it out at the end of May.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and they called me back promising that my hair would be shipped through UPS Next Day Air because I had a hair appointment coming up. That ended up being a lie. Even though the website says 7–21 days, my order took a full month to arrive. The delay was frustrating, but what bothered me most was being misled over the phone when I was depending on the hair for an appointment. When the hair finally arrived, it was advertised as Burmese curly, but it looked more like water wave. I washed it and did my full curly‑hair routine, but the hair couldn’t hold a coil or curl at all. The only positives were that the bundles were full and soft, but overall the product didn’t match the description, and the customer service experience was disappointing.

I love that the hair doesnt shed at all. Smells great. And true to lenght.
