Millau -Traditional Kitchen Bridge Mixer Tap - Porcelain Levers

Never never buy taps from this company. The customer service on the phone was initially great and responsive but fulfillment was a nightmare. First tap got lost in shipping and I was left with an unusable kitchen for weeks. Belfast sinks refused to accept that as their responsibility, so instead I had to purchase a second tap on the ‘promise’ that when the first one turned up I could send it back for a refund. After spending another $900 on tapware, the ‘new’ tap turned up. Only problem was that it clearly wasn’t new at all. The box was all battered and when I opened it I could immediately see that the tap was Jerry rigged and second hand. It was made from two different colours of metal - part ‘nickel’ (but really not nickel) and part chrome. It was tarnished in multiple places. The washers were bulging out. It had lots of scratches on it. Awful. I couldn’t get a refund either so raised a dispute with the credit card company. Thankfully 2 months later a refund finally came. Cowboys.
