I'm giving this a 4.5, not because it's something I regularly wear, but because it really does evoke a sense of childhood and picky dandelions while laying in an open field at the park. The green of the stems is pretty spot on.
Like almost all of Clue's line, it's more of a fascinating exploration of scent memories or completely unique scents than an everyday perfume.
Definitely get a sample first, but if finding niche scents is your thing, this is a good one.

They bottled the dandelion. It opens with the sharp, bitter greens and white sap of broken dandelions (to be fair, I did read the note list before sniffing the perfume). That bitter greens recede fairly quickly (imo) and the eventual drydown smells very much like a field of dandelions on a hot summer day.
UNISEX? Honestly, they did a pretty good job with making something that doesn't map too tightly to either traditional masc or femme fragrance notes. The final composition smells green-floral.
DIVISIVENESS? It does not overly project or reach for any scents that I would normally expect to be divisive. My nose didn't pick up anything that people would hold negative associations with when encountering them outside expected contexts (i.e. no medicinal, iodinic, anisic, or animalic funk). It does sit more photorealistic, bitter floral than perfume abstract, however. If you don't like the stem and leaves of the flower, you might not like this perfume as much.
PROJECTION/LONGEVITY? Lasted all day on my skin (>8 hrs) and then overnight on my clothes as well (>12 hrs). The projection is quite subtle to me, like arm's length at most. That might also be because it's a rather polite and unobtrusive scent profile compared to the fragrances that normally grab my attention.
VALUE? Honestly, when I need a refill, I'm willing to pay full price again. The bottle it comes in is sturdy glass that I'm not worried about chipping and the cap is a hefty material with an adorable game-piece / keyhole motif. The fragrance itself also has great duration on my skin and is versatile enough for me to wear almost anywhere I want to.

Amazing scent, fresh and green from the outset. Deep, salty, warmth as the cut greens scent fades. My daughter commented that I smelled like our hay fields in summer. Nothing floral, just wild grasses, dandelions, and warm sunshine.
