Megalodon Twisted Loop Towel

This towel does it all

I dried my complete F150 and the towel still could hold even more water what a great product

My experience with Chemical Guys has been frustrating and disappointing. Although my order was marked as delivered, I received only part of the All Season Arsenal Builder Kit. I contacted customer service to request a full refund and return everything that arrived. Customer service provided inconsistent information about the return charges. I was told I would not be charged a restocking fee, but after a $32.30 refund was processed, I learned that I had been charged a $5.10 restocking fee. Had that fee been clearly explained beforehand, I would have kept the towel instead of returning it. The incomplete order, conflicting information, and refund process have left me disappointed with their customer service. I am still requesting a full refund for the entire order, including the $5.10 restocking fee.

I've been using Chemical Guy's products 10 plus years. Amazing products and reputation ✨️
