The strap keeps cominng loose because of the flimsy loop and minimal magnetic level of the strap.

Update: I’ve sent two emails for info on how to return for a refund and have not gotten a response at all. At first it feels secure, but going about your daily activities it doesn’t stay clasped. It was a waste of money. I’m really disappointed. Fell off of my wrist 4 times during the day yesterday.
