I mistakenly ordered the wrong liner. I immediately emailed and called upfit. They never replied to either email or phone call. It had not shipped. After several attempts it shipped and arrived. Now, to return it, I’ll have to pay over $600 for freight shipping, as well as a 20% restocking fee. There is no communication with them. I would not recommend buying from upfit. It was my mistake to order the wrong one. I find it poor business practice to never respond to multiple emails and/or texts/phone calls.

Liner kit was good quality no doubt and seems like it will last a long time. However I was disappointed in the cut of the liner. These are supposed to be custom cut to the van and that is why I paid a premium for it but not entirely true. I found out that there are areas on the panel that should have been cut around to incorporate beams and other corner areas on the roof on the ends making the liner not sit flush or straight instead stits wavy in certain areas. The thin strip included to connect the front long piece to the shorter rear piece is a nightmare to connect, nothing like how easy it was portrayed in the youtube installation video. That took almost an hour plus to connect both sides. That strip needs to be redesigned. Not truly custom cut to fit around all ceiling obstructions in the van and that was a bit of a disappointment. Looks good but not sure if I will buy again unless rectified.

Me and my sister had this thing all mounted in about 20 minutes. Very easy to install with two people. Had to cut a square out for my roof fan. Wasn't a big deal to do that.
