The hamburger is not quite as lean as I would like it. The rest of the meat had a little more fat on it than I would like.

The 2 boxes of mixed steaks and beef were received in perfect condition. All meat was still fully frozen. We have already cooked some steak and hamburgers. Loved the flavor and would highly recommend these products!
