Instead of acknowledging this issue and honoring a return, the seller refused a full refund and offered only a larger bag or a 20% refund. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Buyers beware..go to Amazon or other place to buy things that can guarentee at least a refund if the product you received cannot be used as designed...
