Feeling scammed

The chapter about self esteem and confidence is out dated and needs to be rewritten. Current research does not support the concepts, and in fact shows that they are detrimental. Please rewrite the chapter including a growth mindset, confidence comes from doing hard things and experiencing one can be effective in the world. Confidence comes from behavior, not words. I was quite surprised your book contained such old information as the rest of it is good.
