Triticale (Organic) - Sprouting Seeds

100 grams of this flour enhances my sourdough bread a lot!

These sprouting seeds are the real deal! Every mix I've purchased sprout like CRAZY. The sandwich mixes sprout almost immediately and within 3 days a quart mason jar is packed full, even in the winter. I just use a mason jar with a sprouting lid (I don't love the one that True Leaf sells, but their seeds cannot be beat) and tip it over into a plain old bowl, and I leave it on my counter a few feet from a window. Doesn't get much direct light, but lots of indirect light and I have yet to have a failed batch. It's incredibly how reliable they are and how MANY sprouts you get from 2tbsp of seeds. I cannot recommend these sprouting seeds enough. Any mix, any variety, True Leaf is the best!
