These shoes were lovely straight out of the box. However, they run very big...at least the pair I got. I have returned them for credit. Please be aware that all returns are generated on the buyer side and not the company's side. There is no return slip. You have to fill out an email form and wait for authorization and then include that authorization number in your return. UPS charged me $18 to return the shoes. And that was the slowest, least expensive option. NOTE: you can't return "last chance" items
